Pocket Inventory Desktop

License Key Management - The first thing to do is enter a new license key, if applicable.

Setup - Here you can specify the company file to use with Pocket Inventory and modify preferences.

Managing Devices - The managing device screen allows users to register/de-register devices with Pocket Inventory.

Checking-Out Devices - Once users have finished managing their devices, check out the device to begin using Pocket Inventory.

Checking-In Devices - When a user has completed transactions with Pocket Inventory on a device, check it in to sync the transaction with the back-end.

Transaction List - Here users can view transaction completed with Pocket Inventory on the device but have not synced with the back-end,

Editing an Inventory Count - Here users can edit an inventory count that was created with Pocket Inventory.

Editing Ship Docs  - Here users can edit a ship doc that was created with Pocket Inventory.

Editing Receiving Docs  - Here users can edit that receiving doc  was created with Pocket Inventory.

Editing Transfers Docs  - Here users can edit a transfer that was created with Pocket Inventory.

Pocket Inventory Device

Main Screen - The first screen that appears when Pocket Inventory loads is the Main Screen. Here users can select which activities to perform with Pocket Inventory.

Main Menu - The main menu exists on all Pocket Inventory screens and contains many important and useful features.

Bar-Code Editor - On the bar-code editing screen users can add and modify existing Bar-Codes.

Counting - The counting screen lets users create Inventory Counts with Pocket Inventory.

Transaction List - The transaction list lets users navigate through the multiple orders and transactions that exist in Pocket Inventory.

Shipping - Lets users create Ship Docs in the traditional way.

Ship by Item - Lets users create Ship Docs by picking items.

Receiving - Lets users create receiving docs.

**Transferring - Here users can transfer inventory for specified item's between locations.

**Lot/Serials - If an item on a transaction has lot/serials #'s they can be edited with the Lot/Serials screen.

*Back-end is applied as a general term that depends on the system you are working with. Pocket Inventory currently supports All Orders by NumberCruncher, Microsoft Small Business Accounting and  QuickBooks.
