The auto-backup utility requires AllOrders version 6.0 of higher. The utility can be installed on any machine, including the server, that has the AllOrders client installed.
Download and install the utility. After installation you will notice an additional icon in the AllOrders programs group. Click the icon and you will be shown the 'Set Schedule' screen. Enter the AllOrders username and password that will be logging in to perform the backup. Note, the user selected will not affect existing license limits.
You can select daily or weekly backup and the time of day on which the back up will occur. If you pick daily, you can select to exclude weekends. If you select weekly, you can select the day on which the back up will occur.
From time to time you should delete old backups to clear space on your hard drive.
