Our relationship with you does not end after the sale rather it is just beginning. Maintenance ensures we provide you with the best and most
responsive telephone and email support. Moreover, you will never need to pay a separate upgrade price
to get a new version; you will receive ALL
updates as part of your annual Maintenance plan.
Included in the maintenance plan is:
All updates and new versions
Every new feature and bug fix
Training hours which renew each year
A flat, annual rate set upon the initial purchase which will never go up
An ongoing relationship with a company that really listens to its customers!
Things not covered in the annual maintenance would be 1 on 1 training or customizations to the solution. For details on which services are and are not covered by maintenance, please see our Support Policy.
The price for All Orders includes the first year's Maintenance. Maintenance is due annually;
NumberCruncher will notify you when your maintenance will be due.
It is important to note that if you choose not to pay maintenance the software will give an additional 30 day grace period before your access will expire.
All Orders comes with numerous pre-packaged reports that are ready to use out of the box. You may however need a customized report. NumberCruncher will customize your forms and reports to your specifications. All we need is a sample and we are ready to go. Report customization options are as follows
NumberCruncher will train you on how to use NumberCruncher in conjunction with QuickBooks.
In addition we can assist in software implementation which could include set-up,
data migration and testing. NumberCruncher offers both onsite and remote training and implementation. Training,
implementation and support fees not covered by the maintenance contract are as follows
Remote - 1 hour
Remote - 4 hours
Remote - 8 hours
Onsite training, daily rate. Travel cost extra
Remote training and implementation can be split into 1hr sessions .
