Missing accounts, items, vendors or customers

All Orders 2.X
Accounts, items, vendors or
customers are in QuickBooks but not in NumberCruncher.
If you are using versions 2 or 3, then do
File-->Synchronize with QuickBooks and follow the on screen
instructions. If that does not work or you are using
Work Orders 1.X then try the following:
From within QuickBooks do File --> Utilities --> Export and
select the affected list;
Save the file. This action will create an IIF file.
From From within QuickBooks do File --> Utilities --> Import and
select the IIF file you just created.
Note: To Export and Import IIF files,
you must be in a single user mode.
