Quickbooks Error - Unable to return object

A transaction from NumberCruncher completes in QuickBooks (i.e. creating an Customer or Invoice) but the success response does not reach NumberCruncher thus creating an unsynchronized condition.  In addition, it only occurs with certain users. 


This error occurs when using QuickBooks Enterprise which has recently been updated.  Upon updating QuickBooks,  user roles were modified.


Ensure that user roles are set to Full for the specific area of interaction.

If the error involves a data entity (customer or vendor),  Syncronize NumberCruncher with QuickBooks.

If the  involves a transaction such as an Invoice and it is showing in QuickBooks and as not 'In QB', delete the transaction in QuickBooks and try resending it from NumberCruncher.
