Close Company. Closes the current company's file.
Backup... Allows you to back up the current company's database to an external file.
Restore... This option can help you restore a previously exported company file.
Maintain... This is your central hub for managing your database. You'll be able to remove old data, re-index the database if it's getting slow, delete your company file, and handle other administrative tasks.
Import. This set of data management utilities allows the import of Excel data as well as the conversion of QuickBooks Sales Orders, Estimates, and Purchase Orders.
