Duplicate line items on Ship or Return Log

Symptoms

If a Ship Doc or Customer Return have more than one assigned serial or lot numbers, the Ship or Return Log will print a line item for each serial or serial #.  This is a display issue and does not affect QuickBooks invoices or quantities in NumberCruncher.

Resolution:

If the latest update is 2.1.4 then update the  update utility. Otherwise download and install the most recent update.
