Sales Order cannot be deleted

after the related Shipping Document was deleted

Cause:

lot/serial numbers previously used were not cleared by the program

Resolution:

Just click on this link to download a utility that will refresh the Sales Order involved. You will be able to delete the SO after running this utility Sales Order Reset
