NumberCruncher provides a host of support and other services as follows

The price for All Orders includes the first year's maintenance which consist of:

• Software updates for 1 year
• The specified number of NC Hours

The price for All Orders Mobile includes the first year's maintenance which consist of:

• Software updates for 1 year

Annual maintenance is due on an annual basis and is automatically billed unless notified in writing.   The product will cease to function approximately one month after the expiration of the maintenance contract unless maintenance is renewed.

Email inquiries are responded on a first-come-first-serve basis.   Telephone inquiries take priority over email inquiries.

NC Hours

Your annual maintenance contract for All Orders comes a specified number of 'NC Hours'.  NC Hours can be used for telephone inquiries,  email support, remote control  and training.   NC Hours are billed in increments of 1/8 hour.

Note: You will not be billed if it is confirmed that the issue relates to a bug or an undocumented feature.

Report Customization

NumberCruncher will customize your forms and reports to your specifications. All we need is a sample and we are ready to go. Report customization options are as follows

Training

NumberCruncher will train you on how to use NumberCruncher in conjunction with QuickBooks. NumberCruncher offers both onsite and remote training and implementation.. NumberCruncher will guide you through entering transactions, running reports and synchronizing with QuickBooks. Training options are as follows

Full-day sessions can be split into 2 half-day sessions.
