All Orders by NumberCruncher was designed from the ground up for QuickBooks.  It shares customer, vendor, inventory, account and other information that QuickBooks already has so there is no duplicate data entry.  What's more, All Orders by NumberCruncher was designed with the QuickBooks user in mind.  If you are already familiar with QuickBooks, learning All Orders by NumberCruncher will be easy.

Manufacturers:

If you have a manufacturing or assembly business, and your inventory includes products that you create from different components or materials, then NumberCruncher Work Orders together with QuickBooks is the perfect solution.

Manufacturers need to keep track of components AND finished goods, quickly determine what components are needed to meet production needs, correctly cost their finished goods and manage their production schedules.  With NumberCruncher Work Orders, business owners, production managers and accountants can do these tasks faster, easier and more efficiently.

Manufacturers buy components or raw materials but produce and sell finished goods. QuickBooks does not easily track finished goods but NumberCruncher does.  NumberCruncher makes the necessary transfers within QuickBooks for you.  Every time you produce an item, NumberCruncher increases the quantities and values of finished goods you produce while at the same time reducing the quantities and values of components used.

With NumberCruncher, you can easily look at inventory status, quickly determine what needs to be reordered and with a few clicks, create a batch of purchase orders.

Costing finished goods is easy with NumberCruncher.  Using the bill of materials, you select which components and how many of each goes into a finished good.  NumberCruncher computes the cost, the mark-up and the mark-up percentage automatically.

The real strength of NumberCruncher is the Work Orders, hence the name NumberCruncher Work Orders.  Each time you produce one or more items, you will create a Work Order. The work contains a "Component List" which details the quantity and location of the components that go into production.  The component list can easily be changed to specific needs.  You can use Work Orders for customers or stock orders.  When you finish production for a customer, NumberCruncher can easily create an invoice for one or all the finished good items for the Work Order within QuickBooks.

NumberCruncher Work Orders helps you manage the production schedule by serving as your production command center.  With NumberCruncher you can easily and quickly see which work orders are waiting for components, ready for production, in production and finished.  You can view work orders by customers, by item ordered, by shipping date and multiple custom filters.

Wholesalers and Distributors

Wholesalers and distributors need to keep track of inventory quantities. They need to know how much inventory to order from suppliers based on sales order quantities. They need to quickly receive items into inventory then ship items to customers.  With NumberCruncher Sales Orders, business owners, warehouse managers and accountants can do these tasks faster, easier and more efficiently.

When customers' POs are received, Sales Orders are created.  Multiple shipping addresses can be selected on a single Sales Order.  The Sales Order will tell how much is on back order and how much can be shipped.  You can also create purchase orders and work orders right from the Sales Order if there is insufficient stock. Using the sales order list, you can quickly determine which orders are open and their 'Can Ship' status.

Print picking lists and create shipping documents from multiple Sales Orders.  Use the bar code scanner to quickly record what is being shipped.   Create an invoice in QuickBooks based the shipping document. Use the shipping list to see what shipments have actually been shipped and invoiced.

With NumberCruncher, you can easily look at inventory status, quickly determine what needs to be reordered and with a few clicks, create batch of purchase orders.

Costing your inventory is easier.  Wholesalers and distributors need to add cost to items such as import duty or freight without affecting quantities.  Using the inventory adjustment feature, you can enter the vendor bill for the duty/freight and adjust inventory cost at the same time.

We welcome your feedback on All Orders by NumberCruncher.  It is only through your feedback can we make NumberCruncher the best solution to help your business succeed.
