Typically when you create sales orders, purchases orders and the like you will need to print or email these forms and send them to your customers and vendors. All Orders comes with templates which you can customize to suite your needs; for example adding your logo and ‘boilerplate’. In All Orders, forms and reports are customized using the report editor.
In the example below, I used the report editor to create a copy of the sales orders template which I called ‘Order Acknowledgement’. I added an image as well as changed the billing address and shipping address fields.
When I reopen the sales order, my newly created form is available from the Print drop-down menu. Please the section in References called Designing and Using NumberCruncher Reports.
